Revisions of Stormseer are chugging right along! I’ve heard back from one of my critique partners and am about to sit down and chat with another. I have a cover artist commissioned and have seen early line art of the cover. (SQUEE!) I’ll be announcing a release date on my email newsletter soon.
In the meantime, I’ve been working on a short story set in Amethir, which I hope to submit to an anthology later this year. When I’m finished with that, I plan to start my next long project.
This is where you come in!
I can’t decide which of two projects to work on. The Weather War is the next book in the Storms in Amethir series (technically it’s the beginning of a trilogy within that series). It’s plotted, outlined, and has part of a first draft. But I also have some great ideas for expanding Stormsinger into an actual novel instead of a novelette.
